Miscommunication can lead to frustrated expectations, project delays, and mistakes. That’s why we aim to communicate often and clearly. And our customers seem to appreciate this as well.
I was very pleased with the service and installation by The Floor Store. I had to replace the carpet in my Mom’s house before preparing it to be sold. Since I do not live in Gainesville, Milad worked with me over the phone and via email to get everything ordered and installed. Communication was great. The installer even sent me after pictures to show me the new carpet.

We love the flooring. We would have loved having real hardwood if it didn’t scratch but we have a dog and a cat and didn’t want to have scratched floors.
